Search Engine Tips

You will find our search engine remarkably simple to use and you'll get the hang of it in no time...

• Clicking the "All Events" option on the front page will list all the events in the database in date order. Orange fields represent weekends, blue fields represent weekdays.
• To narrow down this search you can choose a geographical region from the first drop-down menu and/or search by other criteria in the second drop-down menu.
• A 'Keyword' search brings up events containing the exact word or phrase in any part of the listing. Please don't use any punctuation.
• When searching by 'Event Type' you can type in either: Concert, Conference, Festival, Recreation, or Theatre.
• Abbreviations will work eg Conf for conference, Sept for September

Past events are deleted from the database at the end of each day.
